We travelled from our home in North Devon to view a car which was of particular interest to us. Thankfully we found a very clean car with low mileage and with a full service history. We returned home the vehicle the same day and it drove very nicely. Two hours into our return journey, we received a call from the sales person. He had found a spare key and would forward it to us. John gave absolutely excellent service at sale and also follow up (a sensor within our recently purchased car failed and it was immediately diagnosed and the part ordered, fixed without charge 2 days later as under warranty). This is exactly the type of fuss free service you want when you're buying a special car. Would recommend.

I had the most pleasant experience buying my BMW 320i John was very easy to talk to and answered my questions to my satisfaction. No Sales man pressure whatsoever.He arranged for full oil service with new front and rear break pads and sensors. Also a new tyre was fitted. And a full years MOT. Also with a set of new number plates.. No additional cost added to the price of the car. With all the extra care , the car looks immaculate. I was happy for him to do the test drive, although he asked if I wanted to take on the steering wheel . I declined as I would familiarise myself with the car in my own time. As the Car Handbook was missing, John reassured me that he had ordered it to be delivered to my home address . Hopefully it will arrive in the next few days. A little touch of care from John . Some may think it difficult “distance buying” a car - but HCL made this extremely easy. My contact, John, was very easy to deal with, handled all my queries in a professional and friendly manner and made the whole experience enjoyable! Having paid a small deposit and agreed an approximate part exchange allowance there was a slight delay due to a manufacturer’s safety recall that needed to be attended to - but the process was quickly completed and I was able to collect a well prepared car on the terms previously agreed.. Contacted them about buying a used car after seeing an ad on Autotrader. They were very responsive and helpful over the phone as I wanted to make sure everything was in place before I travelled to their showroom.
When I arrived they were very welcoming and accommodating, offering me and my wife and child drinks and use of the facilities before checking out the car. John the salesman took me for a test drive and was very knowledgable about the car and went through the different options for purchase in detail as well as their pros and cons. It very much felt like he was trying to help me get the best deal the whole time.
The company gave a fair valuation for my old car for part exchange and helped me procure insurance to drive my purchase away on the day as my insurance company was experiencing technical difficulties. There was a small mishap where the car I was buying got a slight dent from a showroom door, but the staff were very apologetic and offered me a range of options including money off for damage or repair at a time convenient to me. Very well handled all in all.
All of the staff on site were extremely polite and helpful, including Mahmoud who helped us register the car tax and sorted the temporary insurance. I would 100% recommend shopping here if you’re in the market for a used car. This company is very invested in making sure you get the right car for the right price and that the customer is satisfied. Would recommend.

I recently bought a Kia Venga from Hassan and his customer service and the garage service was fantastic. They were all very helpful with the questions I had, there was a few little issues with the car but they were fixed straight away. The car was well serviced and anything that needed changing was changed at no cost. I highly recommend this garage and would go back in the future.

Bought an Audi Q5 from this company last week. Not new but in very good nick for it's age. Promised to organize a spare key, MOT and car wash which they did smoothly one week after purchase. They were a friendly bunch of people and very helpful without being pushy. I found my experience positive in every way and love my car. I would not hesitate to buy another car from them in the future and my 3 little dogs fully agree. They enjoyed the test drive and were very welcomed at our visits to the showroom!

Recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra from HCL, and I must say I am impressed both with the car & service provided by the team. Furqan had dealt with us from start to finish, providing excellent service till the very end. He was helpful throughout the whole process, we truly appreciate it! He allowed us to view the car however we felt comfortable, and we were also able to take the car on a test drive locally. The car was very well maintained and clean!

Unfortunately, after a few days of driving the car we did notice some issues. We took the car back to HCL. Once again, Furquan dealt with the queries with the upmost respect & kindness. After the team checked the car, and appropriate equipment was ordered straight away and repairs has been booked in at our convenience.

Excellent service and good unrushed test drive. Car was beautifully presented and valeted throughout. 12 months MOT provided and basic service completed just before purchase. Drive away insurance and extended warranty provided hassle free and for reasonable cost. A few small issues found days after purchase were addressed quickly and for free. Price of vehicle was slightly above Autotrader average.

Very professional and friendly attitude. Helped us to chose our new car, and although we came to check a particular car we ended up buying another, and in our opinion, better car. Some minor repairs were agreed, done and the purchase completed a couple days later. We exchanged our old car and it was done very quickly and amicably. There is a wide range of prestige second-hand cars and most likely we will use HCL again in the future.

in January this year, I wanted to buy an Audi with a particular specification. I eventually found one advertised on Autotrader from HCL Prestige Cars. I had never used them before and I contacted them about the car. I was put through to a man called Furqan who was very pleasant, polite and helpful. He answered all my questions about the car, gave me the information I wanted and we agreed a deal for him to have the car delivered to my place in North Somerset to save myself the journey of travelling up to London. The car was delivered on the agreed date and it looked like nrw.. I gave it the once over and took it for a test drive. I am familiar with the Audi brand and the specification I wanted and this car matched my expectations. I paid the money and as far as I was concerned a successful transaction from a good company. Ten weeks later I found a minor issue with the coolant shut-off valve that happened out of the blue. I don't believe HCL would have known about this at the time I bought the car from them. I contacted Furqan and explained my situation and he said to get it checked out and to let him have the quote from a local garage. He said I could either return the car to his garage in London or have the work done in a garage local to me. I had the work done at my local garage and I paid a contribution to the labour to save me taking the car back. I had no problem with this because it would have cost me time and money getting the car back to him. My local garage said HCL were very helpful getting the work done. You never know how good a dealer is until you have to contact them after the original sale. I have to say Furqan from HCL was very professional and helpful. Would I recommend HCL? Yes I would without hesitation. Also, I would have no problems buying my next used car from them again.
